Aquafibre Centre Cockpit, Sliding Canopy Models

This 35ft centre cockpit cruiser offers up to 7 berths. It’s raised centre cockpit gives good views, and it’s sliding canopy this option to enjoy any sun! This was quite a successful design, its 10ft 6in beam making it suitable for many waterways and was made for, amongst others, the UK, Ireland, France

The 38ft model was first launched near the start of the 1970‘s. It’s 12ft beam allowed for spacious accommodation and usually between 6 to 8 berths. Like her 42ft larger sister version she had a moulded seat at the front.

This 42ft version of the above model was similar in all essential respects but had a larger rear cabin allowing more cabins & berths. Still quite popular today, and can accomodate up to 11. In the early 1980‘s the design was updated slightly without the moulded seat at the front, but the largest numbers were built before this modification.

This 35ft version made it’s debut around 1993. A sleek craft with low air-draught making them versatile craft. The sliding canopies can have either the left, right or both sides open, and the raised helm means that you can stand out in the sunshine whilst steering. The standard layout has a central saloon/galley with 2 singles/double forward and a double cabin aft, both cabins having en-suite wc/shower.

Aquafibre’s Diamond 38 was launched around 1987. Accommodation layouts vary slightly, normally accommodating between 4 and 8 people. Its central sliding canopy over the saloon allows for passage under many Broadland bridges where many are found, along with other waterways. A 35ft version was launched soon after with a slightly smaller aft cabin.
